Love without Boundaries...

As we discuss in our lessons, marriage with same sex is still controversial issues. There are some views, public, political supports and opponents to this. As some countires like Canada, Spain, Argantine are seeing gay marriage as the right of love each other. In addition, they legitimized these marriages. On the other hand, some countries and people are still very strictly oppose to gay marriage. Even those controversial issues discussed in politics in every country, society has also divided into different groups about it. Some opponents against gay marriage were giving the reason not to allow people marry with same sex. They were considering the decreasing population of new generations named under lack of ability for having baby. Whereas, the supporters of gay marriage are considering love without boundaries to each other. They were supporting and giving respect to same sex people who love each other and want to gather their life with marriage, seeing it as the right of the love. I personally do not think that neither of them is totally correct, but to have the most correct result, these negotiations should be placed on democracy and correlative respect.
          

Welcome to Eng 102 - C6.... The first post named United People :)

Loving someone and uniting your life. This process maybe has been continuing from the begining of human life. Two gender are making couple, share life and ideas. Marriage is about being two people in one soul. People live together and share their happiness and sadness so they choose with decision of living together.As a a result of marriages children has born and continuity of human being.

As Conficious stated long long times ago: "Marriage is the union of two different surnames, in friendship and in love, in order to continue the posterity of the former sages, and to furnish those who shall preside at the sacrifices to heaven and earth, at those in the ancestral temple, and at those at the altars to the spirits of the land and grain."

The World in The Eye...

The bad events may change our perception of life with a bang. As the world was beautiful and bed of rose, an accident would change all your life upside down. You can not see the beauties of life and can not enjoy it. You can even go outside to public because of shame, let it look to people's eyes directly. The writer Alice was mentioning her life flow in her story. She was only eight when she was the youngest, funniest, beautiful, tomboy bright and breezy of all family. One she got shot to her eye while her brothers were playing with plactic guns. Her eye was blotted and she got sick with intense fever. One week after the accident her parents took her to doctor. Doctor terrified her with his other eye also. After the doctor, she really felt on shamed with the glob of whitish  on her eyes. Now she could not looking to people's eyes , because all of them would stare at her with charity. She was torturing to go to school. Then she met with Miss Yarborough and loved her very much. She was always wondering, whether she could look up with her eyes anymore without shame? After a while a doctor O removed most of the glob. She was now better after the surgery. She gain her life again, began to raise her head up and look to peoples eyes without a fear. She had a boyfriend and get married. When she was 27 she become asking whether her 3 years old baby would recognize her mother's eyes. Will she find awkward her mother's eye, and shame about her or not??? And one day she looked at her mother's eye and said to her with a pure and lovely tone: " Mommy, there is a world in your eye, where did u get that world? ". Now for Alice the nightmare was diminished. She saw her eye , love it and become happy...    So, that will turn up, we should not care beauty as something we should always achieve and reach, sometimes beauty comes with difference something have it in yours eyes. It is important to not give the life up, accept it and battle for future...           

Freedom of an Hour...

There were some moments that you feel relieved from all your bounds and dependencies. It could even make you feel most free person for an hour and then unexpected things become real and can make your heart even stop in that catastrophe like Mrs. Mallard. She had been married to her husband for years with strict bounds that lead her life become dependant and unfree to live. When she learned the news about his husbands death, she felt like a free bird in the air. Even though she pretend to feel sad about it to her surround, in herself she was the most happy person with her independence. But after one hour with an unexpected doorbell her dreams had been burst and bubbled. As soon as she see her husband in front of her, she felt shocked and got heart trouble. While the doctors are thinking it is because of seeing her death husband she become happy, excited and got heart trouble, was it the reality??? !

The Powerful and Hunting Play... :)

This film is brilliant and so well done. There are so many touches and brushstrokes in this movie. The Pianist tells the story of such a man in war time Poland, played by Adrien Brody, who from start to finish sees his life literally getting worse and worse starts off with new rules from the Nazis, then the stars on the arms, followed by the Warsaw ghetto, and while there he could play in the restaurant, that too soon ended, as the trains arrived and took his family and anyone else he knew away. He tried to escaped with his family. We find ourselves imagining what it would be like to be in his situation. What would we do? There is no point mourning the loss of loved ones. That won't help anyone. Nor is there any point fighting. The Warsaw uprising begins (the fight scenes here are startlingly believable) and then ends in a rout by the nazis. Towards the end of the film its very ironic that his greatest talent will ultimately save his life. He was lucky that the Nazi officer he plays the piano for obviously appreciates a true artist and was clearly awe struck by such beautiful playing. This is a special film and its story never ceases to be powerful and haunting no matter how many times you see it... :)

Professionally or Morally?

Some important skill are necessary for being a well known professional photographer. Beside focusing, taking correct perspective and pressing the button, photographers should require strong personality, brave character ,correct decision making abilities, being in connection with action. The short movie about a women photographer was one of the most ambivalence, catastrophic, remorseful video I have ever seen about human morality. There was a women photographer in the battlefield and trying to get some shots and remarkable photos for her job. In a time she saw a girl running away from soldiers. With all emissary she followed her. After some time the photographer witnessed her life changing event. The girl had begging help with her eyes from the photographer while she was caught up from a counter soldier. Even the photographer see the poor little girl tortured from soldier she did not attempt to save her from the soldier. The matter is whether she should have shot their photos or save little girl from the soldier. In moral perspective, she could make something to save the girl's life rather then watching it. However she made her job in professional way and watched her death, took her best photo and won the reward!

Power and Men

Having a gun makes a person powerful? I have read the Richard Wright's story about teeager with gun holding. Story emphasize about 15 year old teenager Dave willing to carry a gun. So, he would though that he would gain more respect in his society and he would feel strong enough to become a man. In the story he was working in a farm and earning money for his family. He was not feeling he is strong and powerful enough to have his own recpectful life, so he convinced his family to buy a gun. He though, with a gun family will be protected and powerful. He was feeling that carrying a gun made him more powerful, brave, respected and couraged. While he was walking in the field and trying to use his gun for the first time he had fired gun unwillingly and shot the mule. After this incident, all people around the house were gathered and tried to solve how would that mule had been shot. Dave was trying to hide his gun until his mother asked him to tell the truth. All the people around him understood that it was an foolish accident and started to tease with him. He felt misearble with that and wanted to show his Manliness to his people and his boss, if he had one more bullet! Then he decided to go and find another place where he could be a real man.
